Ecuador’s Summer Camp is an intercultural experience designed for young students eager to explore the rich heritage and breathtaking landscapes of Ecuador, from the colonial streets of Quito to the vibrant life of the Amazon.
Participants will be fully immersed in the Ecuadorian way of life, staying with local families and engaging in educational and recreational activities that promote a deeper understanding of the local culture and language.
The program not only promises adventure but also a chance to contribute meaningfully through volunteer work, enhancing the summer experience with a sense of global citizenship and solidarity.
Modalities of Summer Camp in Ecuador
1. Cultural Immersion & Homestay Experience
- Participants live with Ecuadorian host families in small towns, engaging in daily life, cultural traditions, and language practice.
- Inclusions: Accommodation, meals with host families, cultural activities, orientation, and local transportation.
2. Adventure & Exploration
- A journey through Ecuador’s diverse ecosystems, exploring Colonial Quito, the Amazon rainforest, the Galapagos Islands, and more.
- Inclusions: Guided tours, educational excursions, entry fees for national parks, and all transportation including in-country flights.
3. Language & Education
- Focused on Spanish language acquisition through immersive classes and practical interaction in local communities.
- Inclusions: Spanish lessons with qualified instructors, learning materials, and language practice activities.
4. Community Service & Volunteering
- Meaningful volunteer work tailored to the participants’ interests and the needs of local communities.
- Inclusions: Project coordination, necessary tools and materials for volunteer work, supervision, and a certificate of participation.
5. Recreational Activities & Excursions
- Participants will have opportunities for leisure and recreation, including trips to the Andes, the Amazon, Mindo, and the Galapagos Islands.
- Inclusions: Organized recreational activities, guided excursions, and all necessary equipment.
Exclusions for All Modalities While many elements are included in the Summer Camp, participants should be aware that the following are not covered:

- Any other costs not specified in the contract
