We want to announce that our participants David Ortega, Valeria Ávila and Sebastián Muñoz of the ELE teacher training course graduated after 5 months of study and dedication. The students worked on all the modules of the course on our online platform and had the opportunity to observe classes at our institution.

The ELE innovative teacher training program uses EIL Ecuador´s virtual classroom, so that the students can manage their own study time. Nevertheless, an experienced tutor assists the students during the whole training process.
Each of the topics last a month, and include readings, audios and videos related to the syllabus. You have to do comprehension exercises and activities and participate in debates and a forum on the platform, and the tutor follows up.
The program design includes class observation, which takes place at EIL Ecuador´s language center.
At the end of the course, participants have the opportunity to conduct paid practice teaching, subject to place of residence and time availability.
