In 1932, EIL was a pioneer organization that introduced the concept of cultural exchange to the world. Originally based in the U.S., it later became a worldwide federation which currently represents 22 nations around the world.
In 1977, EIL (The Ecuadorian Experiment in International Living) was established and since then has been offering intercultural experiences for the Ecuadorian and international communities. Programs engage individuals and groups in cultural exploration and discovery through a variety of learning experiences such as homestays, volunteer work, language training, study-travel, academic year, and more. | |
