EIL Ecuador´s Study Travel in Ecuador Programs have proven ideal for high school and college groups during vacation or semester breaks.
Programs introduce students to Ecuador´s incredible biodiversity and the many cultures of its indigenous and mestizo societies. Typically they include homestays with Ecuadorian families, excursions, and lectures combined with educational travel in the Ecuadorian Andean highlands, the Amazon Rainforest, cloud forests on the slopes of the Andes, and the Galapagos Islands. Homestays with Ecuadorian host families affiliated with EIL Ecuador Spanish classes at EIL Ecuador´s Language Center Educational travel to different geographic regions of Ecuador Field Trips and Excursions Talks on political and social issues facing Ecuador and Latin America Contacts with Ecuadorian professors and students Community Service
